What's In Our Beach Bag: Pond Edition

Cade and I are back together in Boston (finally!). We took a day trip to Concord and stopped by Walden Pond for a quick swim and some sun. If you're going to a pond or a beach or even a pool here are a few things to bring with you.

Cute Bag:

This one is a little obvious, you need a cute bag to put cute things in! (This one is from the Roman Holiday Musical, but we love any tote bag).

Sunscreen:

If you're going to be out in the sun all day you're going to need some sunscreen and bonus it's cute and French!

Polaroid:

A great thing to bring along on a pond day or any day. It's adorable and small enough to fit in a bag or just swing over your shoulder. Plus, the photos are great mementos of a fantastic day.

Sunglasses:

To shade your eyes from the blinding sun, a pair of cute sunglasses is greatly needed for a day at the pond. (Red ones, tan ones)

Water Bottle:

Any water bottle will do the job of clenching your thirst and keeping you cool in the warm sun rays.

A Hat:

A beach hat or a baseball cap will fit your need for a fun day splashing around in the water or soaking up the sun on your beach towel. This one has the most adorable pom poms which we loooove.

Bananas:

Because we are so French we brought along some delicious bananas for a midday snack by the water.

Flats:

Cade's favorite red flats played a part in today's pond adventure. A nice pair of flats always go nicely for a day at the pond especially with all the walking we did.
