There's something so satisfying about swimming. The feeling of jumping off the diving board and landing in the cool water. Swimming is an essential part of my summer life, I usually spend a few hours doing it everyday. It's a lovely way to kickstart my morning, cool down, and get a bit of exercise. I usually start with 50 laps early into the day and try to swim another 50 towards the end of it. It's a simple routine, but something that I really enjoy doing everyday.
